Ease Your Aches And Pains
Post-Race Massage There’ s nothing like a post-race massage to help you ease away your aches and pains after expending all your energy around 13.1 miles. The Cardiff University Inspire Physiotherapy Programme will be providing free physiotherapy services and massage both before and after the race from our massage tent.

Prove to your friends and family that you’ ve smashed your target with a photo infront of your official finishing time at our photo finish wall. New PB? Write it up on our wall and celebrate with everyone else!
Stalls and Charities
This year’ s village will be packed with stalls and local business to enhance your run, take you further and help you make the most of your time in Cardiff. Whether you need running tape, new running equipment, energy products from High 5, or some great gifts and local goodies, come and see what’ s on offer.
On top of this we’ ll have over 20 brilliant charities represented who’ ll be offering support to runners and plenty of amazing reasons to sign up and run for charity in the future and really make your run count.
