Age Cymru’s ‘Spread the Warmth’ campaign supports isolated and vulnerable older people in Wales through the cold winter months. As part of our campaign which runs from October to February we have a winter pack which includes a free room thermometer for you or someone you know. You’ll also receive a copy of our ‘Winter wrapped up’ guide which is full of useful information and advice. Get involved:
