of the way right from their initial registration through
to the end of the race and beyond.  We offer support
and guidance before the big day and with our staff
and volunteers we have cheering stations along the
way with music and our now infamous frying pans!  We
rely on fundraising and donations so events like the
Cardiff Half are so important to us – we’re proud to
take part. The number of runners we recruit increases
every year so come on and do your bit to help
vulnerable older people across Wales.”
