Alan’s love of education, books, reading and his passion to make sure that every child was given
the opportunity for education helped drive the Foundation’s 2011 project to partner with Rotary
Club Makati Dasmarinas for the purchase of 5000 school reading books that would be donated
to the local Kalayaan Elementary / High School and Cararoo/Springboard Nursery. I think we all
felt proud when delivering the book to the schools.
