“I’ve been going to the Show since it’s inception when it was held at Market Hall and the ‘Cars
were the Stars’“, said Don Herring Jr., 2015 DFW Auto Show chairman.
“I started actively working it in 1994, and have enjoyed working it each year. Over the years
different manufacturers have come and gone, many concept cars have wowed visitors, but the
excitement and atmosphere of the Show has always been the best part. When 400,000 people
come to see the latest models at a Show that includes almost every manufacturer and takes up
almost all of the Dallas Convention Center, there is nothing else like it. The Show has grown to
a size that no one could have imagined back in the 80’s and truly has become one of the largest
five-day shows in the country,” he said.
