As solid and concrete as one might think they are, all cars are vulnerable to dents and dings. The need to remove
dents from your prized vehicle can be a necessity, whether it is the result of a tight parking space or something you
don’t even know about. Here are some tips that can be useful to remove dents with household objects.
Household Plunger
The removal of basic car dents can be done with the help of a
regular plunger with the right technique. The method is easier
to complete when there are large dents without any holes or
creases. There are also occasions when the strength of the
seal around the plunger’s mouth can be improved by applying
some petroleum jelly. By the firm attachment of the mouth of
the plunger to the body work and ensuring that it is centrally
and securely placed, grip the handle and give it a sharp tug.
This will make the metal pop back to its original place. This is
not a technique that gives the best results but it is convenient
and can be done easily.
