Pink the Rink!
Our chapter teamed up with the CNU Men's Hockey team on Jan. 25 for our first ever "Pink the Rink" hockey game, where we supported our fellow CNU athletes while also raising money for our philanthropy, breast cancer education and awareness. We raised a whopping $591.25 in just a few short hours from donations and by receiving a percentage of the ticket sales. Our next Think Pink event is our Pink Out Basketball event, which will be Feb. 15, where we will fill the freeman with pink ribbons, give away T-shirts and other raffle prizes, sell baked goods, as well as accept any donations that are offered. We aspire to more than double what we made at the Hockey Game, as the Pink Out Basketball game is on campus and more people will be in attendance.
