Yacapin once worked as a Chief Engineer at the
Philippine Transmarine Carrier, Makati City and as an
instructor at the New Simulator Training Center and at
the Cebu Gems Review Center, TTK Bldg. Velez St.
CDO from 2012 to 2013. He is a member of the PMMA
Alumna and Marine Engineering Officers Association
of Philippines.
Captain Nathan R. Luga, 48, is
the newly appointed Chairman of the
College of Maritime Education-Marine
Transportation. He is 1989 Bachelor
of Science in Marine Transportation
graduate at the Philippine Merchant
Marine Academy (PMMA). Capt. Luga
was a staff Captain from 2005 to 2010 at the Fred
Olsen Cruise Lines, Review Director at the Cebu
Gems Review Center, TTK Bldg. Velez St. CDO and
a Training Director at the New Simulator Maritime
Training and Assessment Center of the Philippines.
Mrs. Marilyn Cabaluna Hubayan,
26, is the newly appointed Administrative
Secretary of the College of Maritime
Education. She is a 2009 Bachelor
in Elementary Education graduate at
Capitol University where she received
upon graduation the Endeavor award.
She passed the Licensure Examination for Teachers
in April 2010 and finished Master of Arts in Education
major in Educational Administration in 2013 at Capitol
University. She is currently taking up her doctorate
in Educational Management (Philosophy) at Capitol
University. Hubayan once worked as a Substitute
Teacher at the Department of Education (DepEd)
from January 2, 2012 to July 19, 2012. She was also
a secretary at the College of Maritime Education from
Sept. 15, 2009 to May 31, 2010.

Christine Z. Miñoza, 30, is the newly
appointed Student Service Officer of the
Director of Student Affairs and Services.
Mrs. Miñoza is a 2003 Bachelor of
Science in Business Administration
graduate of MSU-Marawi City and a
2008 graduate of Bachelor of Laws at the
same institution. She is a 2012 Masters in Business
Management and a 2013 Masters in Public Service
Management graduate of Capitol University. She once
worked as an Agency Manager at Cocolife Insurance
Company from May 2001 to November 2001 and as
a Legal Officer at the MSU Legal office, Marawi City
