STEVE RONEY
Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and Owner
After a successful leadership career on both national and global levels with Coldwell Banker and Cendant (now
Realogy) and First American Corporation, Steve led First American’s Residential Group and formed MarketLinx, North
America’s leading provider of MLS services. As a second home owner in Park City for many years, Steve acquired
Prudential Utah Real Estate in 2009 and has built the premier resort real estate brokerage in Utah. Steve and his family
are full time and very active Park City residents. He is a “hands-on” owner. His accessibility, collaborative style and
broad global real estate experience are major assets for Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Utah developments.
DIANE RINEHART
Senior Vice President, Marketing
As Senior Vice President of Marketing, Diane oversees all corporate and company-level development
marketing strategies. Her substantial background in developments, real estate, sales management, and
marketing, enables Diane to create tailored project business plans and implement best practices to the
benefit of development clients. Diane was the development representative for East West Partners for over ten
years, representing over $350 million of developer sales in Empire Pass in Deer Valley ® Resort. Diane consults
extensively with our development partners and teams on positioning, strategy, and pricing.
TOM RONEY
Senior Vice President, Operations
Tom Roney is involved in all operational areas of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Utah Properties,
including marketing, technology, and finance. In his role as Senior Vice President, Tom plays an integral role
in guiding the strategic direction of the firm, working closely with the management team, staff, and agents.
Tom relocated to Park City from Southern California in 2009, where he spent 6 years working in finance and
investments. He is a graduate of the University of Southern California with a degree in Business Administration
and the proud father of two daughters and a son.
JOE LOWRY
Director of Technology
Joe’s 20+ year career has been focused on how to use technology to increase sales and improve the sales
experience. Joe moved to Utah from Southern California in 1996 and has served in multiple leadership
positions in multiple companies including VP of Business Development, VP of Sales and CEO. He has been a
co-founder of several companies and loves contributing to strategy, sales, marketing and the overall success of
the company.
BILL COLEMAN RICK RYBARCZYK
Senior Vice President, Commercial & Development Services Director, Development Marketing and Technology
Our company has a long history of success representing major projects in the Park City real estate market.
Bill’s experience working with developers and ensuring their product is accepted in the market have been key
contributors to the successful launch and sale of Berkshire Hathaway Utah Properties’ many developments. Bill
also heads up the new Commercial Division in what we believe will be an increasingly important segment of
the Park City market.

Steve Roney, Jr. is involved in all operational areas of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Utah Properties, including
marketing, technology, and finance. In his role as Senior Vice President, Steve plays an integral role in guiding the
strategic direction of the firm, working closely with the management team, staff, and agents. Steve relocated to
Park City from Southern California in early 2015, where he spent 10 years working as an executive for publicly traded
companies in the consumer electronics and technology arenas. Steve attended the University of California, Berkeley
where he received his undergraduate degree in Economics. For his postgraduate work, Steve attended Loyola
Marymount University where he received a JD/MBA. Steve is the proud father of a son and a daughter.
Originally from the Chicago area, Rick has over a decade of experience in the print industry working with
such clients as Patagonia, Victoria’s Secret, Pottery Barn, and Bloomingdale’s in addition to 15 years of digital
marketing. Rick has worked with the company for over 12 years and has been the architect of innumerable
successful and cutting edge marketing solutions for our developer clients. Rick’s creative strength helps to
make a strong visual impression on potential buyers. Rick’s volunteering experience includes: Park City’s
Education Foundation’s - Running with Ed, Shop-with-a-Cop, and supporting the Mountain Trails Foundation.
ANNIE AGLE
Digital Marketing Manager
In her role as Digital Marketing Manager, Annie employs cutting edge digital marketing strategy to support
BHHS Utah development clients within Park City’s competitive real estate market. Her primary directives are
strategic marketing assistance, the production of marketing content deliverables, implementation of digital
technology, and social media outreach. She is a graduate of Columbia University and a Park City local. Annie’s
volunteering experience includes: The Phyllis Chesler Organization, UNIFEM’s Council for Women’s Rights,
and the American Alpine Club.
