Come along to the University’s Work and Study Abroad Fair to meet employers, Kent staff and other organisations and find out about the many international opportunities open to you, both during and after your degree. This session will cover all elements of the Arts Festival, from micro-budget financing to programming for diverse audiences, from creative marketing to sponsorship engagement, exploring how different elements of festival organisation can be best utilised to enhance the audience experience and engagement, as well as the financial viability of the event. Before getting to that crucial interview, many employers use psychometric testing as a means to identify their ideal candidates’ suitability.
