in an informal behind the scenes
talk on the highs and lows of
coordinating an Arts Festival. This
session will cover all elements of the
Arts Festival, from micro-budget
financing to programming for
diverse audiences, from creative
marketing to sponsorship
engagement, exploring how
different elements of festival
organisation can be best utilised to
enhance the audience experience
and engagement, as well as the
financial viability of the event.
