For many students, venturing into
the workplace with a disability,
whether hidden or overt, is a difficult
experience. Should you believe
employers’ diversity policies? How
should you raise a disability on
application forms or at interview?
Will the diversity policies you are
told about reflect what happens on
the office floor? These issues are not
just for disabled students. In a
modern commercial environment,
forward thinking firms are the ones
that flourish, and offer the best
training and the greatest career
opportunities. How can you make
sure you join one?
