Woods Introduction to Woodland Management
The event will consider the traditional woodland management
practices employed in Britain in the past and how these have
impacted the development of woodland habitat to produce the
nature we now see. Includes demonstration and instruction in
the safe use of basic forestry tools. Note: sturdy/safety shoes
(some available to borrow) – and old/work clothes required. Conservation
