to announce an extremely
successful National Go
Canoeing Week for 2017.
The four year partnership will
lead to all athletes and team staff,
across all disciplines within British
Canoeing, wearing the same kit
for all international competitions.

the launch of Go Canoe! - a brand
new series of eight programmes
featuring canoeing that will
be broadcast on Sky Sports
throughout this summer.
The programmes will focus on the
British athletes as they compete
in the International Canoe

tutorials - introducing the various

together with magazine features
about clubs, trails, adventures

British Canoeing has announced
the launch of the Coach Award
which aims to create discipline
specific pathways across all
disciplines. This will significantly
change the prerequisites and
the pathway through taught
and assessed elements.

British Canoeing has announced
a new partnership with the
international sportswear
company Errea. Founded in 1988,
Errea is a leading sportswear
brand based in Italy.

Canoeing Week
National Go Canoeing Week is
British Canoeing’s initiative which
aims to get everyone out on the
water having fun, regardless of
ability or age. This year was ‘The
Big Adventure’, which encourages
everyone to be part of their own
big adventures during the week.
