Indiva Q&A

Will online ordering only for the foreseeable future in Ontario given the restrictions on marketing pose any significant challenges?

I think in a perfect world, the retail stores would open at the same time as the online in Ontario (i.e. October 17th). Having said that, the rules are the same for all LPs and let’s hope the marketing regulations begin to loosen up somewhat so we can effectively compete with the illicit market.

Many individual average Retail Investors fear the consolidation curve (M&A). There is nothing to fear at all as it is basic industry economics. When I speak to IR departments of industry companies I am often told they are surprised of the resources needed for their IR and that is because of the unprecedented number of average Canadians owning shares. What do you say to these average Canadians who are investors (or considering) and who may have M&A jitters and fear this is dot-com 2.0? This is common question I ask of most …

Investor Relations is critical and we do invest heavily in this area. I think M&A will continue, no question. For investors, they must pay attention to corporate strategy, differentiation, ability to raise capital, quality of management, as well as valuation to make an investment decision.

OK … thank you so much for your time and I know those were not the typical fluff questions asked by many so let’s go right to your moment here to give us your pitch … whether as a patient, a soon to be customer, or an investor – why INDIVA?
