CCIM:Csaba … do you see separate streams for the beverages segment and I am referring to the industry itself? That is to say, a recreational strength product and perhaps a formulation for the medical stream – perhaps much higher CBD levels than the recreational variant?

TGOD: We have the experience and the flexibility to produce a wide range of higher margin and value-added products. As an example for the medicinal market, the beverage delivery system may be in a shot format for the consumer and for the recreational market in a traditional bottle or can.

CCIM:Alright – thanks. We have an aging population and a greater migration towards higher density living whether it be in retirement homes, apartments, condos, or even townhomes, row-houses, and smaller lot sizes for detached dwellings … this physical change in where we live seems absolutely ideal for discrete and nonintrusive (odour, smoke) delivery methods such as beverages and edibles….. Thoughts?

TGOD: I would agree with you, if you look to more mature markets in legalized states within the US for example, you will see edibles and infused beverages accounting for a significant percentage of sales. In fact, we have seen examples of edibles and beverages outselling dried flower. Not only that, but significant declines in traditional methods of consumption such as smoking. The other interesting statistic is the reduction of alcohol sales in recreationally legalized states.
