CIM: Mark, your corporate name is Players Network, Inc and you are traded on the Pink Sheets as PNTV. Yet there are two companies you talk about Green Leaf Farms Holdings (GLFH) and Green Leaf Farms International, Inc. (GLFI). Please explain the relationship to our investors?

GLFI: My partner, Michael Berk, one of the creators of the television show, Bay Watch, and I started PNTV in 1998. We started and operated it as a media and internet company covering the Las Vegas entertainment and gaming industry. When Nevada legalized medical marijuana in 2016, we formed GLFH, a subsidiary corporation majority owned by PNTV and applied for and was granted a cultivation license. That corporation currently owns and operates a 27,000 square ft greenhouse grow facility in North Las Vegas.

When we entered into the joint venture with the government of Jujuy Province, Argentina we formed Green Leaf Farms International, Inc. (GLFI) also majority owned by PNTV. That company was specifically established to own and operate businesses located outside the United States.
