This is typically seen a bit more bullish. The only issue for Beleave is that their share price was not incredibly high, to begin with and effectively they made their stock a really low priced penny stock by this split they performed. Many people have scratched their heads as to why they have done this and it reflects in the prices that the stock has traded as seen from the event occurring to the present time. This event on the chart can both be used to tell a story of what has happened with Beleave, but can also be used as a guideline to help you compare to other companies just in case you encounter another competitor in the cannabis space announcing the same event. One other takeaway is the confusion that this causes for investors and traders. Look at the volatility that occurred on the day of the split on the chart. Perhaps the next time you are expecting a split, whether it be forward or reverse you may be able to at least find a trading opportunity if extreme volatility creeps in.
