GLFI: We have an ongoing relationship with the Denver based company, Growsmith. Growsmith is considered to be one of the, if not the, most experienced cannabis cultivation and production companies in the world. They, together with our team have been on site in Jujuy for the past three months. We have been developing the first 30 hectares for a pilot before moving to large scale production within the next six months. Greenhouses have been imported from Israel and erected at the pilot location. Perhaps most importantly we have cleared the legal hurdles with both the United States government and the Argentine federal government to import the genetic strains of seeds we believe will be optimum for our first growing season. Those seeds are now in Argentina and have been planted in the greenhouses for transplant into the pilot plot. I’ve attached a video link that shows the project as of three weeks ago. CIM: How do you plan on growing the company?

GLFI: As noted, we believe we are the first mover in approaching the industry as a commodity provider of cannabinoid compounds. We are currently in negotiations with several producers of consumer medical cannabis products to supply them with cannabinoid compounds at a much lower cost than what they have been paying and/or the cost of producing it themselves. And, even at these lower prices we are looking at extremely attractive gross margins. The fact is we will be able to deliver high quality products at a price that few, if anyone, can match worldwide.
