EDITOR'S NOTE

D. A. Wallace, Editor In Chief

Greetings and a warm welcome to our 26th issue of the CANNAINVESTOR Magazine! We couldn't be more excited to bring our magazine to cannabis investors, analysts, financial media and cannabis executives.

Canadian cannabis stocks as a whole have been falling since recreational marijuana went legal. Many investors were wondering why would stock prices fall on such a monumental event. Investors should know, that the good news had already been built into stock prices.

Going forward, investors should know Canadian cannabis company stock prices will have expectations already built into the current stock price. When the news finally comes out, the stock price must adjust to the news. If the news is better than expected, the stock must be adjusted upward. If the news is worst than expected, the stock must be adjusted downward. If the news meets expectations, the stock price should stay the same.

The Canadian cannabis market is a small market and its success will be dependent on the United States. Exuberance will again be built into stock prices when the United States starts the process of legalizing medical and recreational marijuana at the federal level. Until that time, Canadian cannabis companies are on their own, and their stock prices will be based on financial performance and not exuberance.

Thank you for letting us keep you informed and assist you in your research of this new and emerging market. We appreciate your support and are so happy to have you as a reader of the CANNAINVESTOR Magazine!
