CI: Are you looking at scaling your business to Canada and other international markets?
NSHSF: NanoSphere Health is traded on the Canadian Market (CSE: NSHS, “NanoSphere”). While it is not currently available in Canada, this is part of our long-term expansion plan and we anticipate our products being on the Canadian market by the end of the year. A partnership in Canada would mean access to other international markets.
CI: What are some of your major hurdles and obstacles?
NSHSF: Company awareness and consumer education on our technology. NanoSphere Health Sciences own the only true delivery system. While other companies provide delivery technology, NanoSphere’s main task is to educate the consumer on why other technologies cannot compete with the NanoSphere Delivery System™.
CI: What would be a major catalyst for your Company?
NSHSF: We would be in the major states with a major licensee.
CI: Evolve Formulas has been rolled out to a 100+ dispensaries in Colorado? What are your estimated revenues from this rollout?
NSHSF: In five years our expected gross profit will be close to $40M.
CI: What are your plans to scale Evolve Formulas rollout in other legal states?
NSHSF: NanoSphere Health will be expanding into other markets where cannabis is legal. We have secured a licensee in California, as well as being close to finalizing deals in Arizona, North Dakota, and Nevada. We are exploring opportunities in Michigan, Florida, Washington and Oregon.
