ACG continued: Alliance Growers and its partners will jointly develop and operate multiple cannabis focused botany centres across Canada. These botany centres will primarily produce plant clones called ‘plantlets’ for sale and distribution to growers.

Alliance Growers is focused on securing long term plantlet supply contracts and offtake agreements at wholesale cost for flower to be used in CBD oil extraction. This will be accomplished through a series of strategic joint ventures with and direct ownership of licensed producers. The idea is to build the balance sheet while feeding the income statement simultaneously.

We are also looking to JV with an Israli cannabis company for the development of land for the growth of high quality cannabis plants in a low operating cost jurisdiction where it is anticipated that the majority of the cannabis plant production would be processed for the extraction of pharmaceutical grade CBD Oil.
