CCIM: Excellent! According to your website, the foundation of ACG is built on “four pillars”. One pillar would be licensed production and we discussed that earlier. What are the other three pillars and what is the synergy among all four?

For my benefit (I am not a science major), can you explain plainly the significance of your R&D pillar and the state of art Chibafreen in-vitro plant production technology made possible by your agreement with Pharmagreen for the Cannabis Botany Centre?

ACG: Alliance Growers is a diversified cannabis company driven by the Company’s ‘Four Pillars’ Organization Plan – Cannabis Botany Centre, Strategic ACMPR Investments, CBD Oil Supply and Distribution, and Research and Development. The significance of the R&D pillar is as follows:

Chibafreen In-vitro technology has been developed by Botanical Research In Motion Inc., for the exclusive use by the Cannabis Botany Centre, of which ACG is an equity partner. This technology provides for the ability to produce more plantlets by combining the 4 micro propagation processes into 3 plantlets in less time with less space. Addition IP developed by B.R.I.M. is the proprietary cannabis plant strain “CBD Dana” which has a THC content of less than 0.3% (qualifying as Industrial hemp for the worldwide market) and CBD content of 10% to 20%, for the exclusive use by the Cannabis Botany Centre, of which ACG is equity partner.

ACG’s business model is primarily based on developing relationships whereby we can leverage our resources. We have a partnership with PharmaGreen, a company who will have the largest Canadian state of the art tissue culture production facility, The Cannabis Botany Centre, and relationships with cultivators and extractors, building s a vast revenue model with high profit potential. It is one of the best triangular business models for the Cannabis industry. that gives Alliance its edge over many other cannabis companies.

CCIM: Other than the planned expansion into Jamaica, does ACG have any other international holdings or exposure? If so, where?

ACG: We believe there are also opportunities that Australia potentially affords ACG. With the expertise within our group, applied to a lower cost, geographical and a more hospitable climate, we hope to make ACG a prominent company in
