EDITOR'S NOTE

Greetings and a warm welcome to our 21st issue of the CANNAINVESTOR Magazine! We couldn't be more excited to bring our magazine to cannabis investors, analysts, financial media and cannabis executives.

Recently we have been very bullish on Canadian and Australian cannabis stocks due to favorable legislation at the federal level. We're not so optimistic about U.S. cannabis stocks in the long-term primarily because we feel the longer it takes for cannabis to become legal at the federal level, Canadian and Australian cannabis companies will grow stronger and be too big to compete with. We will see. However, we do see some short-term opportunities in U.S. cannabis stocks.

We have identified U.S. cannbis companies we think in the short-term are undervalued, due to their cash position and/or their stock price. Revenue is not our top metric, due to the fact the industry is fairly new and many cannabis companies cannot significantly scale their operations until cannabis is federally legalized. These U.S. cannabis companies we're bullish on can be found in our Cannabis Stock Enigma on Page 240.

It may take some time for you to decode our enigma, but we think it would be worth your time.

Thank you for letting us keep you informed and assist you in your research of this new and emerging market. We appreciate your support and are so happy to have you as a reader of the CANNAINVESTOR Magazine!
