EDITOR'S NOTE

Greetings and a warm welcome to our 22nd issue of the CANNAINVESTOR Magazine! We couldn't be more excited to bring our magazine to cannabis investors, analysts, financial media and cannabis executives.

Senators have voted to pass the Canadian federal government's bill legalizing recreational marijuana by a vote of 52-29, with two abstentions, opening the way for a fully legal cannabis market within 2 to 3 weeks.

This is great news for the Canadian cannabis stock market and the US cannabis Over-the-Counter (OTC) market, since most Canadian cannabis stocks trade on the OTC. However, you may not want to jump the gun on buying Canadian cannabis stocks. Institutional investors anticipated legalization and have been buying Canadian cannabis stocks over the past couple of years, which has significantly increased prices. In other words, the good news of Canadian legalization may already be reflected in Canadian cannabis stocks. We're not bearish on Canadian cannabis stocks, but we expect to see some investor selling in the short-term as they decide to take some profits. In the short-term, there should be some buying opportunities as prices fall. In the long-term, we're very bullish on Canadian cannabis stocks, due to the fact Canadian cannabis companies will be the global leaders in the cannabis industry.

Thank you for letting us keep you informed and assist you in your research of this new and emerging market. We appreciate your support and are so happy to have you as a reader of the CANNAINVESTOR Magazine!
