Perhaps you recall reading about how GB Sciences Puts Its Grey Matter To Work Solving The Big Green Riddle in our May edition of Cannainvestor. To read up click here(link to our May mag). Towards the end of Mya GB Sciences announced that it “Will Now Serve A Greatly Expanded Patient Base In Louisiana With The Addition Of Autism, Glaucoma, Parkinson's, PTSD, Intractable Pain And Severe Muscle Spasms To The List Of Ailments Covered By Medical Cannabis Legislation” to read the details click here. This is very inspiring and of interest, but what does the chart say. Another good question, let’s dive in now.

Today we are going to talk about the Commodity Channel Index (here on referred to as CCI). The CCI can be used in different fashions depending on how you intend to use it. We will not cover all of its uses today but rather focus on one way this can be used as a version of a sensitive RSI. We will discuss the other uses of the CCI indicator in our next magazine. If you recall from our last issue. Here the RSI helps identify areas of oversold and overbought. The CCI indicator can be used in a similar fashion as RSI is used except it can be quicker or more apt to identify signals of oversold and overbought. This can come in handy when normal trading signals such as on GB sciences do not frequently encounter overbought and oversold using the RSI indicator. The next time you encounter a stock that you feel is becoming oversold or overbought but the RSI or other indicators are not telling you it is time, then perhaps you should consider what the CCI is telling you.
