Now …. On to what I believe is going to be a major disruptor and when I first spoke of cannabis beverages a few years back more than a few eye brows raised … we started seeing that sentiment changing in the early part of 2018. Will you be embracing the edibles (including beverages) market?

We will be embracing this part of the market as we see it has potentially the largest upside. We know that there will always be a part of the market who will continue to smoke cannabis or consume cannabis through a combustion. But we firmly believe that there is a much larger untapped part of the market who do not want to smoke or consume the product that way but rather through edibles, gel caps, oils, topicals or infused beverages. As mentioned previously, our facility under construction in Calgary will be designed to do the research and development of these products and we have the room to create the production lines to produce the products once they are legalized. We will also be building all our facilities to be EU GMP compliant, which may allow us to access export markets, which will provide additional distribution for our products globally.

But Hemp is expected to dwarf cannabis (drawing that distinction albeit hemp is indeed a variety of cannabis sativa) … will you be offering Hemp products whether CBD infused from hemp or perhaps as a merchandise line (clothing, bags from hemp plastic, etc)?
