more likely that there must be a presumption of innocence in the absence of a conviction let alone the laying of charges and the investigation is expected to conclude before the expiry date of the temporary license.

Companies that are in full lawful compliance of California laws may do well and when those companies are publicly traded so should shareholders as this recent Bloomberg coverage revealed. Investors in Canadian companies should take note because although their will be ups and downs the real ROI is yet to be seen because nation wide legalization of recreational marijuana in Canada is still months away and many companies in Canada are also stakeholders in key international markets such as California, Australia, Germany, etc.

As you know, some paid promoters have followed the money north to Canada meaning less focus in the USA as fallout. You do know from just the past few months that CannInvestor Magazine has had your back and just by following our simple strategies and tenets would have resulted in ROI’s potentially in excess of three digits in just a few months. To be successful in investing in companies operating in California requires due diligence and I go back to stating that companies listed on a national exchange in Canada offer confidence and security that may not be the same as those that trade solely on OTC as this article highlights.

Please use the stock pick lists in CannaInvestor Magazine as a starting point on your due diligence. Our first case study was the Tinley Beverage Company (CSE:TNY; OTC:QRSRF) more than 18 months ago and even now may be a good place to start due diligence for investment consideration as shares increased from $0.035 to $1.99 in that time (CSE pricing). I would encourage you to consider referencing their current investor presentation and to subscribe to news updates. The share price has retreated on the policy change but should be short lived. Our content (US and Canadian editions) have featured so many companies with a California foothold for good reason. And remember, and I cannot repeat it enough – Canada’s legalization commences in the summer of 2018 and Canadian LP’s appear to dominate the international expansion arena as well. It is not too late to look North to Canada if you have not yet done so.

Is it California dreaming or is it alchemy turning
