RLBD: As an entrepreneurial company in an emerging market RLBD will need to recruit the right people to execute our plan and expect that the growing pains we experience in 2018 will be largely avoided with the right people on our team.

CIM: How do you plan on scaling your business?

RLBD: Distribution, Distribution, Distribution. RLBD chose to begin self-distribution in South Florida in November 2017 so that we can relate first hand with the challenges facing distributors in the legal cannabis and hemp space. Ultimately RLBD will build a strong geographic distributor network with our current brands and this network distributors will be our path to future brand growth.

CIM: What previous experience does management have to assist RLBD in executing on its business plan strategy?

RLBD: RLBD’s management has extensive consumer products marketing and sales experience with considerable experience in the New Age beverage experience including start up experience.

RLBD’s board has extensive public company experience specifically in the microcap space.
