Besides being a forward thinking publication stressing health, wellness, and awareness with content written by industry leading professionals … when we do focus on “investing” itself, one of my paramount tenets is “invest in the team”. Robert Burns may have written to the mouse, “even the best laid out plans of mice and men go awry” but for me I would add to the start of that famous quote “that without a proven effective best in class team and stewardship, even the best laid out plans …”. Our readers are strongly encouraged to read the indepth coverage of WTER included in this edition to see why, in my opinion, the Alkaline Water Company has a Royal Flush when it comes to its team … but for this interview and succinctly, what is the highlight wheel of the team at WTER?

Couldn’t agree more Louis. In the small cap space management is a big part of what investors have to make good decisions on, and their experiences, abilities, and also cohesion to work together. I could single out a few names, but I think for the purposes of belong your audience understand what makes this team click and be a thought leader in the water and beverage category has a lot to do with our longevity as a group and ability to remain nimble and continue to innovate and not remain stagnant. And that’s a blend of multiple different folks;

My partner has been tremendous for the company also and has acted as advisor since the start. We have a board and advisory board of been there done that folks, that also led to the development of our sales team, which is a group of professionals who have all worked together in prior lives. Same with our Operations team and also some of the support groups we use on the operations side. It’s a great group of people who humble me for sure and what we have been able to accomplish. The teams been on a tear, as evidence from our year over year record performance. I think that’s the best way to sum this group up!
