Louis, we do consider ourselves a lifestyle “healthful hydration” brand and we believe that our focus will remain there for the foreseeable future. With the CBD/Hemp beverage market projected to be over 2.1 billion dollars in the next few years we have plenty of opportunity for us to grow our brands and to add value for our shareholders.

Before I turn to Aaron … according to WTER’s last 10Q there are at this time 32,806,646 shares issued and outstanding. A company with growing revenues and a product line that is on point and forward thinking along with a low share count is indeed what I referred to earlier as potentially being “buried treasure”. Looking through filings and using other resources, I may be off by a bit but I believe the effective day to day public float to be fewer than 10 million shares.

Aaron, let’s get right to it. First of all, you are no stranger to the industry or to our readers for that matter as I had the absolute pleasure and honour of an interview when you were the CEO of Abcann Global Corporation (subsequently changed its name to VIVO Cannabis Inc).

As our readers may find of key importance, a key strategic acquisition of VIVO was just named LP of the Year at the recent Canadian Cannabis Awards and VIVO also just announced record quarterly revenues. Your track record and legacy speaks for itself.

That being said, you are not new to WTER … how long have you been with The Alkaline Water Company and from there – was moving into the functional beverage (CBD) space in the cards for some time …?

I have been with Ricky and the Company almost from inception. Not as a board member initially, as I was an investor first.
