Richard, I want to stay with you for a few more minutes. What is the amount of CBD in each serving of the soon to be launched “Hemp-Derived CBD Infused Alkaline88® Water” and how does that amount fall in line with any recommended amounts?
We licensed from Infusion Biosciences, Inc. the right to use their proprietary Aqueous Phytorecovery Process (APP) technology. The APP technology has allowed us to create the markets first all natural water soluble full spectrum hemp extract water. Therefore our products will absorption into the blood stream as water through the small intestine ( not through the liver like CBD oils and isolates). With quicker absorption and full spectrum extract our base waters will only need to be infused in the 5 mg to 10 mg level per 500ML.
Ok … let’s get right at the Elephant in the room. Water by its very nature and on its own has an absence of flavour. Essential oils derived from the Cannabis Sativa plant (including Hemp) have what many find as a strong earthy flavour profile. Will that flavour profile carry through with your beverage or are you using a process and/or technology in the infusion process to transform that taste profile ….? If the latter, how will it alter the beverage’s composition …?
Louis, that is a great question and one of the many reasons we teamed up with Infusion Bioscience Inc. The APP process creates a water soluble full spectrum hemp extract, that doesn’t have the same taste profiles of our competitors CBD oil. In fact by working with an international flavor house and Infused Biosciences together we have developed unsweetened all natural flavor profiles of Raspberry, Coconut, Peach Mango, Lemon and Grapefruit that taste fantastic. Keeping to our “clean beverage” healthy lifestyle promise our Hemp based products will have only purified water, hemp extract , natural flavor extract and Pink Himalaya rock salt.
Richard, we do not want to get too far ahead of ourselves here but whether with American Nutritional Products Inc. (“ANP”), headquartered in Carson City, Nevada or another provider/producer, are you watching the industry closely including the pulse of the political framework in order to possibly expand the product line in this industry? My mind cannot help but wander a little bit given ANP is in Nevada too …?
