EDITOR'S NOTE

D.A. Wallace

Editor In Chief

Greetings and a warm welcome to our 18th issue of the CANNAINVESTOR Magazine! We couldn't be more excited to bring our magazine to cannabis investors, analysts, financial media and cannabis executives.

Attorney General, Jeff Session's new policy reflects the United States uncertainty regarding the legalization of marijuana. As we stated in last months Editors Note, we think legalization will happen eventually. However, we see the problem lies in the time frame in which marijuana will be legalized, not that it won't be legalized. Canada's head start in the legalization of marijuana and significant cash balances from institutional investors makes Canadian cannabis companies the worldwide market leaders. In addition, other countries are becoming major players in the cannabis industry, like Australia. Will US companies be able to compete? Will it be too late?

Although there are some Canadian companies that may still be undervalued, many Canadian companies have seen a significant rise in their stock price. We think Australian cannabis companies that trade in the US, are at the beginning of their stock price rise. Australian cannabis companies we're bullish on can be found in our Cannabis Stock Enigma on Page 286. It may take some time for you to decode our enigma, but we think it would be worth your while to add Australian cannabis stocks to your portfolio!

Thank you for letting us keep you informed and assist you in your research of this new and emerging market. We appreciate your support and are so happy to have you as a reader of the CANNAINVESTOR Magazine!
