EDITOR'S NOTE

D. A. Wallace, Editor In Chief

Greetings and a warm welcome to our 27th issue of the CANNAINVESTOR Magazine! We couldn't be more excited to bring our magazine to cannabis investors, analysts, financial media and cannabis executives.

In my previous Editor's Note, I talked about how Canadian cannabis stocks as a whole have been falling since the good news regarding legalization has past. Going forward, Canadian cannabis companies will have to financially perform as other industry companies and not rely on exuberance. This may be a difficult task in the short-term, due to the fact Canada by itself is a very small market and Canadian cannabis companies can't scale internationally due to the fact as a whole cannabis is not legal in the rest of the world. We think the next hot market for the cannabis industry is the Caribbean. Canadian cannabis companies are currently dashing to the Caribbean looking to invest or form joint ventures with Caribbean cannabis companies. The Caribbean cannabis market is of particular interest to the Canadians, because of the perfect weather and richness of the soil. In addition, the Caribbean natives have been growing cannabis for generations and their strains can be found no where else in the world. So in the future, Canadian companies will try to get a boost in their share price by announcing investments or joint ventures in the Caribbean. However, do your research and make sure it's a real deal and not fake news just to increase stock price.

Thank you for letting us keep you informed and assist you in your research of this new and emerging market. We appreciate your support and are so happy to have you as a reader of the CANNAINVESTOR Magazine!
