RLBD: At the present time RLBD’s competitors are CBD based beverages manufactures and CBD Vape manufacturers. We have several in each sector but like Real Brands, their go to market strategies are evolving so I would expect target competitors to be clearer in 2018. However, we believe that we have a unique advantage given our broad consumer products experience and opportunities to grow through both licensing opportunities and growing a traditional distribution network.

CIM: What advantages do you have over your competitors?

RLBD: RLBD acquired both CBD Pharmacy and Omega Hemp Water from companies with experience in the legal cannabis and hemp space which accelerated our industry learning curve. We also have extensive consumer products marketing and sales experience so we ultimately expect some of our mass market retail and distribution relationships to come into play. Being public will ideally give us timely access to our required growth capital.

CIM: What disadvantages do you have with your competitors and how do you plan on resolving those disadvantages?

RLBD: A possible disadvantage is that if we surpass our sales goals it might be difficult in the short run to get access to the quantity and quality of legal cannabis and hemp ingredients that RLBD will need to produce our quality products. However, we anticipate cultivating strategic relationships with growers to be certain that we can keep pace with demand.

CIM: What are your major

hurdles and obstacles?
