Spectrum Nutriscience, is a next generation
pharmaceutical company that has developed a
line of 20 Condition Specific CBD formulations
enhanced with 3 rd party GRAS (Generally
Agreed As Safe) certified molecules that
enhance efficacy .
In addition to these 20+ Condition specific
formulations we have developed 4 Beauty
products and 5 beverages. Each of these
products addresses a multi-billion dollar market
and a revolutionary approach to the multiple
pathways of disease. Our products are targeted
not only at lucrative spaces, but areas like
Opioid Cessation and Smoking Cessation where
the health costs, and lives destroyed is
extensive and where we can do the greatest
good.

ethos is that we are in a position to create a
Unicorn value that on a market cap basis can
have a disproportionate impact on the health,
and wellness of humanity while concurrently
providing humanity with alternative to the
poisons promoted by the Pharmaceutical
industry.
Market Overview
The Cannabis and Hemp industries get a great
deal of media coverage however despite 39+%
CAGR with CBD products, the entire market will
be “only” be worth approximately $2 billion in
2020.
At Spectrum we take a condition specific
approach to market analysis and target
conditions which represent multibillion dollar
markets. Frequently these markets have
pharmaceuticals that individually generate
$1billion+, have limited to no particular efficacy
and numerous side effects.
Our formulations are not restricted to the
reasonably small footprint of Cannabis
dispensaries which we refer to as a “sandbox”.
While we can compete and win very easily in
the dispensary space, our focus is on the much
larger retail spaces including cosmeceuticals,
pharmaceuticals, medical foods , pet foods and
beverages.

Present Market position
We are in the final stages of our initial
distribution deals with several supplement
companies and actively engaged in contacts
with several of the world’s largest brands. We
have the distribution partners to commence
sales, and we believe as manufacturing scales
we can get distributors with great frequency.
The big brands will have much longer sales
cycles and these two sources of income are
perfectly complimentary.
