EDITOR'S NOTE

D.A. Wallace, Editor In Chief

IS MASSROOTS, INC. (MSRT) DEAD? We constantly feature companies in our magazine that may or may not be a good investment opportunity. Our job is to provide facts about companies and the experience of their management teams. It's up to investors to make an informed investment decision. Our job is to make sure investors are informed, we're not in the business of recommendations. However, I'm offended when companies, BOD's, and private institutional investors insult the intelligence of retail investors - case and point MSRT.

The company only grabbed $1.5K in revenue and lost $5.5M for the quarterly period ended March 31, 2018. MSRT rarely comments about revenues and now somewhat quiet on subscriber growth. Can anybody tell me what their core business is? Is it social media, cryptocurrency and blockchain, dispensary finder, delivery concierge, payment solutions, or digital marketing? They would have you believe all of the above have synergies, but I must ask the question does the core business model work? Why do they frequently announce acquisitions that really have no synergies to their core business? In which, some of those acquisitions fall through. Where is the organic growth? What happens when investor money drys up? Along with BOD and CEO fights, allegations of wrong doing, and a stock price that has fallen to $.12 a share, I have to ask, "IS MASSROOTS, INC. (MSRT) DEAD?"
