Charlotte's Web Holdings Inc. (OTC: CWBHF)
Charlotte's Web is a CBD focused cannabis company that has their roots rather strong in the US but also reaching out globally such as in Europe, Australia, and South America. On Charlotte’s Web site they state “Our field is the science of botanics and unlocking their power is our focus. To that end, our mission remains at the core of everything we do: improve lives, naturally.” Much like Charlotte's Web vision, here at CannaInvestor, we are here to help you improve your cannabis related investment knowledge. What better way to help boost this knowledge other than digging into the charts of the companies you are interested in (and Charlotte's Web is a very interesting company indeed).
Today we will look at Pring’s know sure thing, hereon referred to as KST. The KST indicator is a momentum oscillator. Perhaps the most common momentum oscillator is MACD. Have you ever found that the MACD can get a little too choppy and provide unclear directions as to where the chart is heading? If you answered yes, then the KST indicator might just be for you. Much like a babies bottom, the KST is very smooth and is less likely to whipsaw you around. Albeit, with that said you might potentially miss signals earlier than the MACD might have signaled, you will at least not run the chance of getting in or out of a play prematurely. Hence the name reference “know sure thing”. The KST can be used for identifying signal line crossovers, divergences, and whether t is below or above zero. For Charlotte’s Web chart you will see how it can be applied to identify buy and sell signals based on crosses. Nothing in life is guaranteed, but now you know a sure thing.
