industry, it’s more important to rely on a company like 3 Sixty that has specialized in the industry and that can draw on experience consulting with more than 550 clients and providing physical security to more than 60 including some of the largest companies in the business.

As the industry matures, that may change, but we are agile, and therefore grow with the emerging industry to support the respective needs as we move forward.

I have often written that although as a nation, Canada leads the world with respect to the end of prohibition and other aspects of this industry such as medical research, education and awareness and so forth BUT at the end of the day we are a small market spread across a tremendous and challenging territory. By example, California has a larger population than all of Canada. Therefore, the real money may be in those countries with an international presence. What are your international expansion plans?

There are now more than 30 American states that have legalized cannabis for either or both medicinal or recreational use.

As such, we are putting plans in place now to expand into the U.S. and we are already looking at operations in three states. We expect to make an announcement soon.

We also see opportunities in the Caribbean, South America and Europe. In the mid-term, I believe 3|Sixty will have a significant international presence.
