[JENNY’S] Baked at Home: I see a need for immediate capital to establish the grow and extraction facility. My brand is gaining recognition and I’m not worried that it will grow expediently in the next year, however if I had the opportunity to marrying it with a grow facility to give the public confidence in the source, I believe I would have an advantage against my competitors.

Q&A 25

CIM: Do you see a need for a capital raise in the short-term? Long-term? How much?

[JENNY’S] Baked at Home: I would like to partner with an existing farm(non-hemp) in upstate NY to establish a Hemp/CBD Grow with indoor (greenhouses) and outdoor cultivation, an extraction and processing division with a test lab and test kitchen. In addition, I would like to have a 2-year plan to create an agricultural tourist destination on the land.

Q&A 26

CIM: If so, what do you plan on using the capital for?

JENNY’S] Baked at Home: Currently, I’ve been scaling on my own with a 5-10% growth quarterly. I would like to scale at a faster rate and use these licenses I have been granted.

Q&A 27

CIM: How does [Jenny] Baked at Home plan to scale? Organically or by acquisitions?

[JENNY’S] Baked at Home: I have been approached to sell my licenses and I have entertained the idea. In a perfect world, I would like to call the grow facility the headquarters for Jenny’s Baked at Home, for branding purposes.

Q&A 28

CIM: Would [Jenny’s] Baked at Home be open to being acquired by a larger company?
