SunIQ: In terms of competition, we don’t see others in the marketplace as potential competitors but rather potential JV partners who we can work with in optimizing and maximizing the efficiency of the process integral to the efficacy of the end-product whatever it may be. We are a process and system driven company that are specifically pursuing mastery over the post-harvest processes pertaining to concentrate materials. Our goals lie with production of CBD or cannabinoid-rich concentrates in the forms of distillates and isolates manufactured at the absolute highest levels of quality. We aim to achieve this goal through our management structure of highly qualified individuals that are striving to ensure the scalability and reliability of repeatable processes. This will in-turn ensure the consistency of the products produced and there are very few in the market that are pursuing these goals as we are.

Q&A 9

CIM: Who are your major Competitors? What separates you from your competitors? How is your processing model different?

SunIQ: Our primary customer-base would have to be the “purest farmer”. We define these individuals as having 2 years or greater experience in farming and producing successful hemp crops in the United States. Those who strive to have the greatest quality crop imaginable and envision their end-product representing the same quality as their farming processes. We aim to partner with those who share our vision of creating the absolute highest quality products and need the most consistent processes to accomplish these goals.

Q&A 10

CIM: Who are your customers?

SunIQ: Eventually if the marketplace allows for such scalability we will of course pursue such opportunities. However, because of the Farm Bill pilot in 2014 and the official Farm Bill in 2018 that officially decriminalized Industrial Hemp effectively removing it from the DEA’s dangerous drug list, a massive re-emerging market has appeared domestically.

Q&A 11
