MEMBERSHIP
The Cannabis Investment Network is a membership- based angel investor group open to all accredited investors. There is no requirement to invest; all deals are presented to CIN members and each decides on his/her own whether they wish to participate and at what level. Individual companies set their own minimums, which typically range from
$10,000 - $50,000.
DEALS
The Cannabis Investment Network is continually sourcing cannabis companies seeking to raise from $500,000 to $3 million in capital. To be considered for funding, companies must first submit an application and materials for review and vetting by CIN’s executive team. If our evaluation process determines that companies are ready to present their offering to accredited investors, we arrange for them to present at an upcoming Pitch Event.
CIN offers several forums for investors, including both group and individual pitching opportunities as well as strategic M&A services.
CIN pitch events feature presentations by licensed (regulated) cannabis companies that “touch the plant,” as well as ancillary businesses involved in manufacturing, cultivation, technology, and other cannabis-related products and services.
