TGOD Q&A

with investor

@savestacks

Q: If you could sum up the TGOD private placement experience you have had in a few words what would they be?

A: This was the first private placement I had ever done. It was exciting but also stressful at the same time. Felt like a big shot, getting in early!

Q: What was the most challenging aspect of being involved in the TGOD private placement?

A: Most challenging aspects was figuring out the valuation of the company. They didn’t say, here is the current market cap etc, had to ask for outstanding shares and calculate it. Even knowing the valuation, wasn’t entirely sure if it was “good value”. When I did the PP it was before everything else had gone up in value.

Q: Given the chance to invest in another marijuana while it is still a private company - would you be more so inclined to invest in them (assuming proper due diligence of course)?

A: Yes, doing the PP in TGOD was a bit of an experiment for me. See how the process goes etc. I actually put $20,000 into the GTEC PP just a month or 2 ago.

Also, the PP I did with TGOD has now 2x in value, so positive experience so far

Analysts like Bruce Campbell have said the private market companies are priced at more reasonable levels as well.

Q: Is there anything you would like to add to this IPO experience?

A: Doing a PP, helped me realize the mindset of early investors. Looking to unload as soon as shares go free trading. Adding another perspective to price movements.
