TGOD continued: The biggest thing we can do as a Company

is plan for the eventual commoditization of pricing. We must maintain that high quality organic product and produce it for the lowest possible price. This stems from our management team coming from other industries where that is standard.

- Csaba Reider, for example, our President comes from the CPG industry where he ran on the small side, 300,000 sq. ft. food and beverage facilities with over 700 skews. 30 of them across Canada! Lean manufacturing was essential to making Cott Beverages so successful. Having the skills, experience and expertise of someone like this who is an expert in quality control and lean manufacturing at scale, is invaluable.

- Marc Bertrand is Consumer Products executive with nearly three decades of success in brand building, strategic licensing, international markets and manufacturing. Having someone who’s built a company like MEGA from nothing to $500 million a year in sales is again, invaluable.

CCIM:Will your medical clients come first?

TGOD: With the way the provinces are indicating sales across Canada, we will be wholesaling to the government for distribution in provincially controlled stores, and selling via an ecommerce platform directly to medical patients. I can promise you one thing though, as a shareholder driven company with 4,000 shareholders, many of whom have expressed interest in becoming patients of ours, we have an obligation to treat everyone with the highest level of service possible.

People are blown away by the level of customer service we have and we plan to keep it that way. Without our customers and shareholders, we wouldn’t be here. We want everyone to have the best possible experience with our Company.
