With respect to Nasdaq, its a strong signal to the investment audience that this company has graduated to the next level. We meet the criteria to uplist, we have strong aspirations to continue to grow this brand and Nasdaq opens the doors to a broader investment community.
To the degree that you can, what are your revenue, margins, and growth projections say for a one year period?
In short. Yes we are coming to Canada. While it’s exciting because I’m Canadian, it opens the door and speaks to our plans to continue to grow our brand globally. And that new agreement also speaks to our aspirations to start shipping products overseas much sooner.
So let me get this right … low public float, increasing revenues and market share, entering what may be the greatest growth market in generations, health and wellness, best in class team, diversification, international expansion …. And a relatively low market cap (and therefore share price) … so let’s call this your elevator pitch moment … what do you want to say to those investors strongly looking to invest in this industry and in particular on the beverage side?
My opinion is extremely strong about building consumer loyalty and brand equity. We are extremely well positioned with our existing lifestyle products in Alkaline88, that the shift into Infused beverages is a natural progression and the CBD market will have great lifestyle brands within it. We already believe we are an attractive brand for global beverage to look at acquiring one day, and we think a successful roll out into a category they are also entering only continues to bolster that appeal. We have an amazing product that tastes phenomenal, a talented group of folks making the decisions to run the Company and we graduated to Nasdaq as good validation of our successes too date. But, we are just getting started!
