How do you plan on competing with the larger testing companies?

With Cindy Orser, PhD as our Chief Science Officer, we believe that we have the best science and the best methodology. We can scale quickly and we are aggressively attempting to be first to market in large new opportunities like Colombia.

Where is Signal Bay, do they still own Evio Labs? I can’t find anything on Signal Bay and Evio Labs appears to have totally changed their focus to hemp testing, I am assuming due to the passing of the new Farm Bill? In your opinion why did they change their focus totally, instead of just scaling their model to hemp? Looks like the cannabis-testing sector was too challenging for them.

I really have no idea. This is a tough business that is not for the weak of heart. What I can say is that Digipath is committed to excellence. We strive to do things the right way, because it’s the only way. We are the best in Nevada and really plan to be the best in the world.

What advantages and disadvantages does your Canadian testing peers/counterparts (e.g. Anandia) have?

Maybe the advantage they have is having an entire country with legalized cannabis. This creates a lot more potential customers than having to just work within state limits in the US. The disadvantage would be that it vies with Russia for first place as the coldest nation in the world, with an average daily annual temperature of —5.6ºC.
