CIM: What disadvantages will you have with your competitors and how do you plan on resolving those disadvantages?

CC: Funding is our only disadvantage, with proper funding we have no obstacles to success. Our current offering will net the company $965,000.00. Out team is 100% confident that we will be cash flow positive with this funding. In addition we have a Unit offering yielding $1,600,000 additional funding based on our success to fund growth.

CIM: What are your major hurdles and obstacles?

CC: Funding is the only concern we have. Our company could possibly use a second funding depending on the demand for livestock feed. This 1st round will get us operational with cash flow positive and allow higher valuation for additional funding opportunities if needed.

CIM: What previous experience does management have to assist you in executing on its business plan strategy?

CC: The scientific team is career focused and has been for 30 plus years in extraction and R&D with herbs, plants, etc.. Our management team has been in the nutraceutical business for 35 years with vast experience and a distribution network in place. Our administration personnel have 30 plus years’ experience in the financial market affording us cost effective funding, and strategic planning.
