CI: Is Blue Cord Farms a real estate leasing company or a grower? Are you considered an ancillary business which do not touch the plant?

BCF: Yes, we are a real estate company. We will develop the farms so that growers can drop their seed and plant.

CI: How many acres of land does Blue Cord Farms have? How many growers would be able to occupy the land?

BCF: We will purchase 6-10 acres in Rockland, Maine once approval has been given by the municipality. Most cities are waiting for regulations to be passed so they have directions on zoning.

CI: Explain your revenue model?

B2B. We have identified a group of Veteran growers who are pursuing a recreational license. We will also have a rental property that will act as a vacation rental property. This will bring in $40,000 a year and serve as housing for when

we travel to the farm.
