Blue Cord Farms will supply all of the real estate, and necessary equipment and tools to any grower that wants to be licensed by the state of Maine. The cost to the grower is a base rent + 20% of monthly revenue.
Just like any other rental property, Blue Cord Farms is responsible for the maintenance and security of the farm only, not the product that grows on the farm.
