Canna Security America (CSA) hired Mr. Tom Siciliano as its Chief Operating Officer starting with the company on 11/3/15. Recently, Siciliano asked by the Board of Directors to takeover the leadership of the entire company as President, reporting directly to the Board.
Tom Siciliano has had a distinguished career and developed an outstanding track record of revenue and profit growth. He has built a background in sales and operational performance improvement initiatives that have a focus on cost conscious growth, within startups as well as Fortune 500 companies and private equity.
Most recently he was at Classic Party Rentals serving as the Vice President with total P&L responsibilities for half of the United States from 2012 - 2015. Here he managed 15 locations with 1000 employees accountable for over $100k Revenue and 16% EBITDA. He led a transformation by establishing leadership and new SOP strategies. Tom consolidated locations and built new branding, marketing, and operations efficiencies. This drove new sales growth by 25%, all with wider account penetration, and delivered 32% increased incremental EBITDA.
From 2001-2011, Tom served as the Chief Operations Officer at Integrity Associates, LLC. His achievements led to multiple speaking engagements on the subject of leadership, operations excellence and sales training at National Conventions and Universities and co-authorship of a book on those subjects.
Prior to that he served as VP and SVP for two Fortune 500 companies; Corporate Express and Aramark Uniform Services where he lead complex mergers, integrated services, installed new software platforms and drove record setting results.
